Our Customer Services teams play a pivotal role in serving and supporting our community. We’re the first point of contact for many residents.

As a part of our team, you will engage directly with residents and businesses, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing essential guidance on local services and initiatives. 

Being the council’s main point of contact, we handle a diverse range of queries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that every interaction is conducted efficiently and effectively.
